Ingredients for making creamy tapioca cake:

 400 grams of granulated tapioca

 1 liter of milk

 2 cups of sugar (320 grams)

 200 grams of grated coconut (2½ cups)

 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)

 1 can of condensed milk

How to make creamy tapioca cake:

Start preparing this tapioca recipe by boiling the milk in a pan. When it boils, turn off the heat, add sugar and mix to dissolve.

Place the tapioca on a baking sheet or cake tin and add the freshly boiled milk. Mix until creamy, cover and leave for 10 minutes to hydrate.

Tip: The tapioca used in this recipe is similar to sago, but with smaller and irregular grains.
